Intake Procedures
We accept clients from the Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge areas. Under special circumstances we are able to see people who are from outside these areas.
Getting involved with our agency is very simple. You can simply drop by our office during regular office hours which are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
At 3:00 pm every weekday afternoon we have a drop-in group called "First Response". Every morning from 9:00-11:30pm you can drop in to see a counsellor one on one.
If you are being referred to us by another agency or person, we still require that you follow the above procedure. Please try to make sure you let us know who is referring you so that we can better meet your needs.
Our services are completely voluntary and we do not enforce any orders through probation or child protection services.
You are also encouraged to read our orientation package which covers what our programs are about and has information about confidentiality.
The procedure for youth is slightly different and you should call our office directly at (604)467-5179 if you are under 19 years of age, or if you are a parent of a youth. Youth get prioritized service. You can find the referral forms here.
